Tom Martin, CFP, CLU
Managing Partner
Tom began his insurance career in 1989 specializing in life and health insurance.  The following year he began an association with John Gallaher in order to offer commercial property and casualty to his business clients. This association eventually led to the formation of Martin-Gallaher Insurance Group.  Tom is well versed in advanced applications of life insurance including estate planning, retirement and pension, business succession, executive benefits and charitable giving.
 
 
John Gallaher, CIC 
Managing Partner
John is a graduate of the University of Missouri business school and began his insurance career in 1975.  He attained the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1985 and has served on the Missouri Independent Agent Association Board of Directors.  He is responsible for co-managing the agency and handles risk management for commercial lines accounts. 
  
 
Peggy Ciampoli
Office Manager
Peggy has over twenty-nine years of experience in the insurance industry mainly serving clients within the realm of life and health insurance.  She is a notary public and handles general management of our offices as well as the fielding of incoming calls and correspondence from clientele and insurance companies.
 
 
Tim Wahl, CIC
Marketing Manager
Tim graduated from John A. Logan College with a degree in Business.  He has been a licensed agent since 1991 and has earned his designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor.  Tim has proven to be a skilled liaison in working with insurance company managers and underwriters to secure the most efficient and cost effective insurance policies for our clientele.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and riding their Appaloosa horse.   
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 
Daniel J. Luechtefeld, AAI, AIS
Insurance Broker
Dan handles production and oversees the servicing of accounts at Martin Gallaher Insurance Group.  He started in the insurance industry in 1995 completing an internship for a national insurance broker headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.  The following year he earned his degree in Finance from Saint Louis University and began brokering commercial insurance business.  He is designated as an Accredited Adviser in Insurance as well as an Associate in Insurance Services by the Insurance Institute of America and possesses licenses to work in property, casualty, surety, life, and health insurance.  Dan handles risk management services for a wide variety of clients ranging anywhere from the construction industry to professional offices.  In addition, Dan serves on the Associate Board of the non-profit organization Boys Hope Girls Hope.

John Labanow
Account Manager
John handles the day to day servicing of accounts for Martin Gallaher Insurance Group.  His responsibilities consist of marketing, making changes to, and correcting client policies as well as providing certificates of insurance and assisting with questions in general.  He possesses several years of experience within the industry which he began as a property and casualty underwriter for an insurance company.  Since that time John has progressed to the agency side where he has proven to be an extremely valuable asset working as a marketing and service representative.

Kristi Luechtefeld
Insurance Broker
Kristi joined Martin Gallaher Insurance Group in 2010 as our personal lines insurance specialist.  She has multiple years of experience in the industry which she began in 2005 upon earning her degree in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.  Most recently she managed the personal lines department for another insurance agency. Kristi works with several carriers to place the most competitive homeowner's and automobile polices available along with several other coverage lines within the personal lines arena.  She also serves on the Associate Board of the non-profit organization Boys Hope Girls Hope.
